Track-It is an end-user data auditing module that takes monitoring and controlling one of your organization’s most valuable and important assets, your data, to the highest level. Using the latest capabilities of Microsoft SQL Server, you will be able to determine which users are making updates to any field in TRAVERSE® or any SQL database.
An easy to use screen enables you to determine which fields you wish to track.
Reporting from Track-It is a simple process that shows the value before and after the change; the date & time the change was made; and which user made the change.

Freight Import
The Freight Import function has been added to Sales Order to summarize your freight records per order and apply the total freight amount to the corresponding order within TRAVERSE. This system also has provisions for discounted freight, with the discount percentages based on the shipper number.
Likewise, the freight systems will also be able to pick up the order information (shipping addresses, etc.) to eliminate duplicate data entry by the shipping clerk. This will not only save time but also data entry errors.
This add-on currently works with the UPS Worldship software but can also be adapted to other major carriers as well.

Time Clock Interface (TCI)
TCI allows information from an electronic time capture system to be imported directly into the Open Systems Time Ticket Transaction Journal.  It provides the same edits that must be passed for the successful manual entry of time tickets.  It also allows for the entry of time against jobs/phases.  *** Read more detailed information about this product.

Shipping Order Management

Multiple City Payroll Processing
This set of software is used to allow for the entry and recording of time for employees based on the city in which they worked versus the city in which they live.  This information is carried forward to all appropriate historical files and included in reporting and W2's. 

School District Tax
This add-on allows for the quick establishment of school districts that require a withholding for any employee in that district so that pay checks, reports and W2's will reflect that withholding. 

General Ledger Activity Report Account Summarization
This add-on allows for the journal entries for specified accounts to be summarized into one printed entry at the period, posted/unposted, reference and cash flow indicator level.

Emergency Alerts
Want to make sure that customer XYZ always pays you up front?  The Emergency Alerts will notify you before you enter the sales order.  Simply enter a comment that you wish to see and let the system do the work.  Emergency Alerts can also be configured to use vendor and inventory items.
