Track-It is an end-user data auditing module that takes monitoring and
controlling one of your organization’s most valuable and important
assets, your data, to the highest level. Using the latest capabilities of Microsoft SQL Server, you will be able
to determine which users are making updates to any field in TRAVERSE® or any SQL database.
An easy to use screen enables you to determine which fields you wish to track.
Reporting from Track-It is a simple process that shows the
value before and after the change; the date & time the change was made;
and which user made the change.
Freight Import
The Freight Import
function has been added to Sales Order to summarize your freight records per order and apply the total freight amount to the
corresponding order within TRAVERSE. This system also has provisions for discounted freight, with the discount percentages
based on the shipper number.
Likewise, the freight systems will also be able to pick up the order information (shipping
addresses, etc.) to eliminate duplicate data entry by the shipping clerk. This will not only save time but also data entry
errors.
This add-on currently works with the UPS Worldship software but can also be adapted to other major carriers as well.
Time Clock Interface (TCI)
TCI allows information from an electronic time capture system to be
imported directly into the Open Systems Time Ticket Transaction
Journal. It provides the same edits that must be passed for the
successful manual entry of time tickets. It also allows for the entry

require a withholding for any employee in that district so that pay
